1. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any work begins. Payments must be made through the payment methods available on Naomi’s website.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable once a project has begun. Naomi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued. Projects may also be cancelled and refunded if the client fails to complete the project questionnaire within 72 hours of purchase.

3. Revisions

Clients are entitled to up to 3 free revisions within 14 days of receiving the final design, except for Basic Graphics which include 1 free revision per item. Additional revisions or revision requests submitted after 14 days may be subject to additional fees.

For projects involving drafts, clients must provide feedback within 7 days. If no response is received, Naomi may finalize and deliver the project as completed.

4. Project Timeline

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Most projects are completed within 2–14 days, but timelines may vary depending on project complexity, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

Once a project has been delivered and approved, the client assumes full responsibility for its use. Naomi shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from the use of any delivered work.

6. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from Naomi.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

By purchasing services from Naomi, the client acknowledges and agrees that AI tools may be used as part of the project workflow. Naomi is not required to disclose the specific AI tools used.

8. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Naomi reserves the right to display, publish, and promote completed projects in portfolios, on social media, on websites, and in marketing materials. Clients requiring confidentiality must request and obtain written approval before the project begins.

9. Modifications to Terms

Naomi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Contact

All project-related communication must be conducted through the contact methods provided on Naomi’s website.

By purchasing services from Naomi, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
